So thanks to a friend I now have a new snack food option. Up until a few days ago I had never eaten a Pistachio. Not sure if I never had the opportunity before or if I did maybe they creeped me out cuz they're green. Whatever the reason I tried them and they are actually quite tasty.
I've never really been a big fan of nuts, well except Peanuts but now I can add Pistachios to my list of good nuts. Expensive lil buggers but a fun snack. Somewhat addictive since after I tried one at lunch the other day, I couldn't keep my hand from going back into the bag for more. Now at some point I'll probably have to pony up and buy some. Thank you and darn you BLuR for getting me hooked on these funky green nuts!
